Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed and cannot be modified or cancelled (see Returns Policy for further details).
Shipping
We use Courier Guy for deliveries. Shipping typically takes 2–3 working days. Free shipping is available for orders above R500, with a flat fee of R99 for smaller orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.
