At Classique Fragrance House, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on:
Used candles or diffusers
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Gift cards and promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at sales@classiquefragrancehouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return delivery address.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
