All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

A flat rate of R99 applies to all orders under R500

Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from our courier partner containing your tracking code and link. You’ll also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery. If you don’t receive these updates, please contact us at sales@classiquefragrancehouse.co.za with your order number — we’ll be happy to assist
Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is promptly processed by our warehouse team. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify online orders after payment has been completed. However, once your order has been dispatched, you may request a cancellation or change in line with our Returns Policy.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
